We’re sorry that your experience with the Galaxy S26 Ultra and Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra hasn’t lived up to your expectations compared with your previous experience with the S24 Ultra and Tab S9 Ultra, Donovan.
The Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra offers several features designed to enhance everyday use, including its expansive 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, powerful performance and slim, lightweight design. The Galaxy S26 Ultra also builds on the Galaxy experience with advanced camera capabilities, powerful performance and Galaxy AI features.
Our latest devices are supported by up to 7 years of Android OS upgrades and 7 years of security updates, helping customers keep their devices secure and up to date for longer.
