    First, I ordered from a different company that provided refurbished phones it was cheaper so i figured it would be fine it wasn't, they sent the wrong phone and they were unable to send the correct one they offer for me to keep it for a 10$ credit which i refused not to mention the battery went from 90% to 50% in less than 20 minutes.. so, then I ordered from Samsung i ordered a newer refurbished phone for a little more money I also got the warranty. I received the phone and I could not be happier the phone was flawless and has great battery life i would Definity recommend Samsung refurbished phones to anyone

    The colors on the screen were completely washed out and dull. My 3 year old S22+ would look brighter and crisper with a pair of gray pantyhose stretched across the screen. Bluetooth periodically drops out and I frequently have to re-pair my devices. Not sure what the technical definition of "Samsung renewed" is, but it seems like a very low standard.

    The S24+ is a wonderful upgrade from my older S10+, and the trade in made it worthwhile to make the trade. The S24+ is all I need and more. I am learning new things about what my new phone can do almost on a daily basis. I will soon be seeking to purchase a S24+ to replace my wife's old S10 model, and I will look to Samsung to do that. Thanks Samsung, for your quality products.

    Samsung recertification. Bought one before and loved it. I went the same route. Super fast delivery, great quality product. Site super easy to use. Application to transfer data was amazing plus fast. Installed most every app. Transfered all data except WhatsApp. So happy with the phone and the whole experience.
