    I could not be happier with my new phone. I bought a certified rebuilt phone from Samsung because I trusted my phone would be perfect. It is! The buying process online was so easy with a representative on chat to walk me though the process. My phone came fast and I got a phone that is every bit as good as a brand new one, at a fraction of the cost. I was sent a packing receipt to send my old phone in to Samsung for trade-in.     The phone works and it was fairly easy to transfer all my stuff from one phone to the other. Kind of miss not having that extra microSD slot for more storage. Some of the apps seem harder to use on the S23 for instance google maps. On my S20 I could exit out, on the S23 when I exit out and I look to see what apps are running and it does not show, but next thing I know it is giving directions again. If apps can be running in the background that I do not know about it will just consume my battery all the faster.

    The overall sleek design is nice and smooth, however the lose of a earphone port is a negative to me. Far as the phones operating I would say I am not impressed. The battery does not last as long as I thought it might. The fact that the mirroring feature that earlier phones had does not come standard is weird. Also the fact that you can not make video calls to other Android phones without third-party apps is setback. Most things that should be standard on the phone is through third-party apps. The phone is expensive and it didn't even include a charger just a wire. I actually am very unpleased with my purchase

    The phone is unlocked but it works only in the US. 4G doesn't work on European networks.

    got this as an upgrade to a galaxy A54, phone is like brand new, no issues. I originally got the A54 because of the micro sd storage option, which the S23+ lacks. The S23+ has better performance, but not sure it was worth the loss of the micro sd storage option. so much easier to swap out the card as opposed to uploading and downloading files. Smart switch failed to transfer everything completely between phones. wish samsung would bring back the micro sd option to the S series. Overall happy with the S23+ and recommend taking advantage of the huge savings in purchasing a renewed phone.

    It was worth it to pay a little more and get my refurbished phone direct from Samsung rather than gamble with other sites. The trade-in process is relatively simple as well as long as you follow directions. I like having the security of knowing the screen, OS, and battery have all been upgraded and that I can hold onto my new phone for quite some time. And it's always better for the environment to buy used.

    The physical phone is OK so far. The one flaw is the lack of Micro SD slot. But switching content from my old S10 to the S23 has been a nightmare. The apps from my old phone appear on my new phone, but any info associated with the app has been lost. I've had to re-register for every app.

    I previously used the Galaxy A52s and recently switched to the Galaxy S23+. In day-to-day use, the performance difference between the two phones feels fairly modest. For my typical tasks, the S23+ does not seem dramatically faster than the A52s. The photo and video quality, along with the available camera options, also feel quite similar overall. While the Galaxy S23+ is clearly a more premium device, its higher price may not translate into a noticeably different experience for users upgrading from the A52s.
