    I could not be happier with my new phone. I bought a certified rebuilt phone from Samsung because I trusted my phone would be perfect. It is! The buying process online was so easy with a representative on chat to walk me though the process. My phone came fast and I got a phone that is every bit as good as a brand new one, at a fraction of the cost. I was sent a packing receipt to send my old phone in to Samsung for trade-in.     The overall sleek design is nice and smooth, however the lose of a earphone port is a negative to me. Far as the phones operating I would say I am not impressed. The battery does not last as long as I thought it might. The fact that the mirroring feature that earlier phones had does not come standard is weird. Also the fact that you can not make video calls to other Android phones without third-party apps is setback. Most things that should be standard on the phone is through third-party apps. The phone is expensive and it didn't even include a charger just a wire. I actually am very unpleased with my purchase

    The physical phone is OK so far. The one flaw is the lack of Micro SD slot. But switching content from my old S10 to the S23 has been a nightmare. The apps from my old phone appear on my new phone, but any info associated with the app has been lost. I've had to re-register for every app.

    The phone arrived on time as promised. The phone I ordered was the Galaxy S23+ 256GB Phantom Black. The phone I received was a brand new, never used, most perfect phone I have ever seen. I will never ever, ever, ever, purchase a re-newed phone from anyone else. What other sites are offering could only be considered as slightly above the level of "JUNK." Their suppliers are terrible and try their best to scam you into paying for damage to the phone they sent you, that you returned because it was the wrong phone. Deal with a respectable company and it doesn't get any more respectable than the name of SAMSUNG! You cannot ...
