    I have the a17 and it will just shut up in the middle of doing something or on the phone and restart for no apparent reason, the camera is terrible constantly have to restart my phone sometimes it doesn't ring then people are getting a voicemail when they call and it wasn't even my voicemail it was something weird I don't like how it has the UI feature. The charging port works when it feels like it it's hard to hear out of the speaker and it crackles when I'm talking to people on the phone. And my phone is in mint condition...

For the best charging experience, please make sure you're using a Samsung-approved charger for optimal output. Several issues can cause problems with the speaker while on a call or during audio playback. One possibility is that audio may be redirected to an external device. You can perform basic troubleshooting for the speakers by following our recommendations. One potential issue is related to pressure changes. If your phone has recently experienced a significant change in ambient air pressure, the speakers may sound quiet, crackly, or distorted. This is due to the water-resistant features of many Galaxy phones. In most cases, the pressure will equalize over time, but you can speed up the process by temporarily opening the SIM tray. Insert your SIM tool into the small hole in the SIM tray and carefully slide the tray out about halfway. It only takes a moment for the pressure to equalize, so you can close the tray right after.     A series is the complete with Samsung unique style and layout. A 17 processor is fast, style and design mimics the Samsung Galaxy S Series. Which, have been my favorite (and only version I had purchased until buying my A17. At first I wasn't thrilled about switching to A series. Once Samsung Switch was complete, I dove in.     I just love the ease of use with my new Galaxy A17. It has great photo dimensions that display fabulous color reproduction as well as motion real life qualities. The light weight design fits perfect in my purse and allows the ease of watching my favorite movies. I also enjoy the multimedia uses like social media contacts.     My wife and I chose the A17 because of price and the 128 GB. We have bought several Samsung phones and never had a problem. I can tell you "do not buy this phone" it has been nothing but a headache. Within 2 months we have had charging problems and speaker problems on my phone, so now when I receive a phone call or listen to voice mail I need to put it on speaker phone. I have been given the choice of waiting for parts to become available or send my phone in and be without my phone for 10 days. I have been waiting for parts for over 4 months. Isn't there a law that parts are to be available for several years. STILL WAI...

    I have a galaxy a17 5g and I absolutely love it!! I use it for everything- from tap to pay to reading to social media to staying in touch with my family and friends- this phone does it all. It's so fast, and has so much more memory than other basic model phones. I love how smooth the user interface is, and how easy it is to use. My very favorite thing about it is how I'm able to use different themes in the galaxy store. I have so many of them, because they have paid and free options, and it completely makes my phone feel like mine. I will 100% never switch away from Samsung anything again.     I personally feel the device has too many features and the AI gets in the way of everything I do not like the AI I wish it did not have AI that includes Gemini, AI., and I don't like the fact that when you go from one screen to another , depending on what you're doing , some things start over and every time you come out of it , it starts over where my old device didn't stay dormant when I went back to it , I was able to start where I left it

If you prefer, you can deactivate the AI features for a more streamlined experience. To do this, go to Settings and disable the Google Assistant and Gemini features to limit the AI functionalities on your device. To keep your apps running in the background, follow these steps: 1. Navigate to and open the Settings on your phone or tablet. 2. Depending on your device, you may need to swipe and tap on Advanced Features first. 3. Tap Multi Window, and then turn on the switches for "Swipe for Split Screen" or "Swipe for Pop-Up View." Once you've enabled these features, you can use a two-finger swipe from the bottom of the screen to enter split-screen mode. Alternatively, swipe in from either top corner with one finger to open the current app in a pop-up. You can drag the pop-up to the side of the screen to hide it and tap it again to bring it back to the center. Tap the top of the pop-up window for additional options.
