This Samsung refrigerator is great with no handles on the outside that stick out. No water or ice dispenser to collect dust. The four doors make it easy to get to what you need and adjust the temperature for specific areas with lots of storage. The large shelves are wide & deep to hold almost anything because the ice dispenser is below the fridge & the ice trays with 2 different types of cubes & a scoop is easer to use to prevent splashing from a dispenser that gets clogged. The pitcher is easy to get to in the half door & the water fill is tall enough for pitchers & Yeti's. You can also control the fridge settings...

Really like the way Samsung felt with the rebate. We had had the previous refrigerator for 4 1/2 years then two compressors went out in a couple of days. We purchased another Samsung and they refunded the full purchase price of the original refrigerator.

Absolutely love our current 72' tall Samsung refrigerator having the convertable compartment, however, the Bespoke only comes in a 73' height meaning in won't fit underneith our cabinet. Several of our friends enquired about our refrigerator and went to purchase the counter depth Bespoke but it's too tall to fit in the new housing in our area. We purchased our refrigerator from Spencers Appliances in Gilbert Arizona and was told they have had several customers return their Bespoke because they are too tall to fit in their kitchen. Are there plans to go back to the 72' hieght?

I've had this refrigerator for well over a year now and I have to say it's incredible......the temperatures stay steady, the interior layout is very user friendly and the beverage center is awesome. I've never run out ice, and I'm a real fan of the flex section that can be used as a refrigerator or a freezer......and it works! Being able to change out the door panels would allow for matching the appliance to any kitchen make over that may take place. I could go on forever regarding how incredible this refrigerator is, or, I could just say it's a Samsung....that says quite a bit right there. I know it will last! This is...

Purchased in Nov 2024. The refrigerator is quiet and we love the beverage center. I added an extra in-line filter behind the fridge to remove more things like PFAS etc. and the water tastes great which is saying a lot since I really don't like plain water. The beverage pitcher is a fantastic feature that we use every day for cooking etc. Also with the Flex feature we made bottom right side a fridge for my daughter for easy access from her wheelchair.
