My product arrived with a defective bracket so there was no way to loosen the opening to allow the bracket to slide onto the pole. Samsung seems wholly unable to provide service for this bracket which should have been an easy replacement. Instead they required me to return everything -- the monitor, the stand, the base weight -- all of it -- to get a refund. To make it worse, it arrived without a proper shipping/retail box, and FedEx locations refused to accept the return because the monitor wasn’t protected in a box (risk of damage/theft). Samsung support told me to “use any box” and suggested a post office might provide one for free, but for a large monitor that’s not realistic.
