      Picked mine up yesterday, so nervous that I would get a damaged unit that I was super stoked when it arrived damage and crack free. 1 hour after setup I noticed 2 dead pixels. Used pixelhealer for an hour with no luck. Called and scheduled for service then find out the first avaialble appointment was 2 days beyond return window. While trying to get this hshed out 6 more bad pixels appeared. Tried several diffrent cables and a new GPU with same results after a couple hours more than 10 dead pixels on Left half of screen.       I've had this monitor for 9 months now and it's been nothing but problems - one after another. First, half the screen tends to black-out at random times. The black-out ranges from a few seconds, to having to restart my computer because it will not turn back on. Secondly, when I turn on my computer for the first time everyday, I always have to restart my computer (everytime!) to make both sides of the monitor to turn on. Third, the screen on the 'right side' also likes to flicker randomly, prompting me to restart my computer...

      I finally chose the G95NC, the G9 series monitor that I consider the most reliable. I've used monitors ranging from 17-inch CRTs to 43-inch monitors in the past, but this is my first curved monitor. These days, even premium phones cost $2,000, so a monitor with these specs for $2,000 is truly a great value. It's amazing that monitors (excluding professional-grade ones) are a generation ahead of graphics cards.       The extra height definitely brings a lot usability to the ultrawide form factor, the 2x 4k resolution and 1000 nits is great (I have my desk facing window and fully usable on bright days). Not an oled but brightness with Samsung's QD is a worthwhile tradeoff. However, do know that you will need at least a 5080 to run modern games at reasonable frame rates as it's equivalent to running 2x 4k displays running side by side or half an 8k screen.       I bought this as a Christmas present for myself and I got it delivered on 12/22. I already had the 49" on my pc and replaced with this new 57". In the beginning everything looked okay but after 30min, the screen started to tear and twitch. After a few minutes, it all became blurry and you can't see anything. For a respected world company like Samsung plus, paying premium for the top of line product, is it all we can get? this crap quality? I saw other reviews with same issues. What is Samsung QC doing? Don't buy this crap.

      I regret buying this thing. It's a beautiful thing when it is working properly. I really need something to display the 4 computers I use in an organized fashion and this seemed like the perfect ticket.. Samsung is the only place making this resolution which IS amazing.       The monitor is great when it works. Huge and immersive. However the terrible quality control and service is very disappointing and ruined the customer experience. My 1st monitor has many dead pixels in the lower left corner, seems like an assembly alignment issue. When I submitted the pictures to the technical support, the support team first assigned a local repair team for the claim.
