Bought this from Samsung directly and had to wait for 6 weeks but was to follow instructions to install. This stove has good size burners, nice looking knob, heavy and tall (height) grates. Moving pans from burner to burner is easy due to continuous grates (3 total). Steel does get scratched if used abrasive material like wool or drag hard food with cloth, otherwise clean up is easy. Grates get hot after use, have to be careful when turning knobs as they are close to grates.

      I recommended this product.
