The Galaxy Book 4 Edge works really well. After getting help from customer service to set the graphics, it works even better for my game. I love it. Thank you.
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Book (Edge) less than a year ago, and what should have been a reliable premium laptop quickly turned into one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever had. The hinge cover broke and popped up during normal everyday use, well within the warranty period. This is not a result of misuse or accident—it is a design weakness. The hinge cover is made from thin, fragile plastic that clearly cannot withstand normal operation. When I sought warranty service, Samsung flatly denied m...

I thought I loved this computer. But after a couple months I started to really struggle to run programs. I purchased this computer for work. I don't run complex programs (Office, Chrome, Teams). With nothing open I have 59% of the memory used. I can not have more than 3 application open at a time. As I write this I am using 82% of the memory with only Teams, Office and Chrome open. I have already have out tech team off load all non essential programs and all Samsung apps. This was sold to me at Best Buy as the top preformin...

Dude, that thing was so sleek, fast, and easy to use. The screen was killer; that was the best part. The processor was insane, but it felt like something was missing. Half the stuff I do on my desktop was a pain on this thing. Major compatibility issues. But it got better over time. I'm hoping for a better version this year. Now, the service. A month ago, the USB port died. I sent my Book 4 in, and it came back with a cracked screen and a bent back! They blamed me and wanted $650! It's been over a month, and I have...
Almost two months into and it is simply amazing laptop. My work load is where I am using two 32" QHD monitors, where one is for my office work and the 2nd monitor is for client work. I run Keyboard and Mouse in BT mode. I use video calling, teams calling, whatsapp calling and Google voice calling on the laptop seamlessly. I use Citrix workspace and of course lot of browsing and MS Office to a large extent. Multiple local instances of applications and about 6 local windows / NAS network drives. I find the refresh rates of th...
Very happy with laptop except for sound quality which is seriously degraded by placing the speakers on the bottom of the laptop. What is surprising is that if you cover up the speaker grills on the bottom, the sound improves substantially as it must force up sound through the keyboard. Also, the volume is poor and as noted by others, you have to push the Function key along with the speaker up or down key. Speaker grills on the top of the laptop would appear to be a superior design although Samsung must have its reasons. A...
