I have had this washer in two different condo vacation rentals. Seems like a great idea, but it isn’t. I washed/dried 4 bath towels, it said it would take nearly 6 hours. We were going to be gone for the day, so it was no problem. When we got home, the towels were not dry, and it took another hour to dry them. I can’t put something in the dryer for a few minutes, then hang it up , because even when I turn it off, I can’t open the door because it is ‘hot’. The time it takes to wash and dry a load is much longer than with a regular washer and dryer.

this machine is actually horrible, it uses no water at all and it is extremely loud on spin. when drying, it yellows the clothes and makes the entire bathroom smell like a tyre shop. there are too many unnecessary cycles and the capacity is smaller than my previous 9kg one. it is a good looking machine but the performance is quite terrible. i do not recommend this machine to anyone

Had this washer dryer for over a year, it does everything I need it too, it’s quite as much as it can be, auto dispenser is a life changer !!! The only reason I couldn’t give it 5 star is the fact the door does leak, I have had 5 new doors fitted and one full machine replacement through Samsung and all end up leaking . It always happens after a drum clean and will leak for a few washes after. But Samsung have been so good and replace it. I don’t want to change machine but if I could change the door to one that doesn’t have the add wash it might be what’s causing the leaks.

The "smart" features are cool with the machine sending you a message when the washing is done. But it's the obvious things that make this the best washing machine we've ever had. Like the fact that it adds the detergent automatically saving time and fuss. And when you notice just after pressing the start button that you dropped a sock on the floor as you were loading . . . you can just pop it in the little door on the front. Oh and it plays a tune at the end as well.

Thank you for taking the time to share with us this review about everything you love of your new and amazing Series 6 AddWash™ Washer Dryer! Thanks to its SmartThings support, the washer dryer will send a message directly to your mobile device when the laundry is ready, for a full smart experience. This is a great washer dryer, so many programmes to choose from and they all wash the clothes brilliantly. The dryer is excellent too, dries clothes without a funny smell and it does not take that much longer than a separate tumble dryer would. The wi.fi connection is a great feature too. I use it more than I thought I would. I would definitely recommend this product.

Having spent a considerable amount of money on Samsung wash products in the past which have all been excellent I did not hesitate to purchase this machine. Unfortunately, they have taken digital automation to the next level and you can no longer manually adjust the drying temperature. This is crazy as it basically makes this machine unusable for anything that needs drying at 40 degrees or under. As the door has a safety hold on it at 50 degrees or hotter and the door will not open in any of the preset drying modes I am going to assume that all cycles are 50 degrees plus. This is backed up by my now damaged outdoor clothing.... Because of this ridiculous error in the specification of the machine and the fact that the lack of manual temperature control is not clearly advertised (along with a thousand pounds of damaged clothing and no means to get a refund on the machine itself) this product gets 1 star across the board.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been needing a washing machine upgrade for a while now and so glad I waited and got this one. First off I love the sleek design, it fits in well in my laundry room and would be a great feature in any space as it just looks so cool. This was very easy to install and get started. There are so many different cycles to choose from that there is sure to he something for every type of clothes or wash needed. It's easy to choose thecycle on the machine or you can do it via the app. I love how you can tweet the cycles to suit what your washing too. It clearly tells you how long is left on the cycle and if using the app it tells you what stage its on and notify you when the washing is done. I live being able to fill up the detergent and softener dispenser and then just leave it. I've not run out yet but I should be notified when it's running low so that I can be ready to add the next lot. Over all a really good purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know appliances can last a few years, but the difference in this product is amazing. Its like night and day. Programs that really meet your needs, extremely quiet and very solidly built. The build quality of these appliances is already well known but they seem to keep improving. With the add to wash door, no more single socks being missed!

We've been making some epic leaps forward with our digital appliances over the last few years, and your new Series 6 AddWash Washer Dryer is a great example of one of our machines that is packed with leading-edge technology. There are plenty of different cycles to choose from, so that you can safely clean the most delicate of items, or tackle the stubbornest of laundry piles, and get superb results every time. The way it runs as quiet as it does, and the ability to make sure everything gets washed when it needs to, have both been very welcome additions, so we're glad that you're a fan of them as well.

Love the washer dryer so much. The add door makes life so much easier and so does the auto dispensing draw. Also the sanitising wash and bubble soak really come in handy. However. This is my 3rd machine in the space of 5 years due to things not working as they should and becoming uneconomical to repair. So make sure you have insurance.

Feels like The washer drum needs to be diagnostic adjusted before each wash. All we get is a loud knocking and whining noise coming from it. It works but we feel its drum is off balance. The dryer part works perfectly, silent as it should be. And clothes are dry each time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a previous samsung washer dryer, however found that our clothes never came out fully dry. So far since using this machine our clothes following a dry cycle are dry enough to put away. Nice quiet machine and easy to use.
I recommended this product.

The Smart Things functions are USELESS and NOT AS ADVERTISED. You cannot start a wash or perform anything from the app other than recommend program for next wash but not start it and be notified when a wash is done. USELESS.

We're thrilled to see you're loving the Series 6 AddWash Washer Dryer! Ecobubble™ technology is one of our brilliantly useful features designed to make laundry less of a chore. Mixing air, water and detergent, it cleverly creates bubbles that wash your clothes at cooler temperatures, helping you to bring down your energy bills! The AddWash door lets you quickly drop in anything extra during the wash! Many thanks for the five stars!
