Long, not intuitive at all array of menus and icons to wade through just to get to a particular desired source or channel. Needs to be cleaned up! At least, offer the user the means to clean up their Home page and leave only those items of use or interest. And, when turning the TV back on, go back to the last used item.

Also, the screen is not affected by reflected light in a low light room as advertised. My only problem is with the audio side. My iLive sound bar would not work. Compatibility issue? Also, according to there website, when Xfinity does updates I lose audio. I have to shut down and power up. Kind of inconvenient. My last Visio TV had none of these issues.

It would be nice if it still carried an optical sound connection port. The HDMI is fine, but not all stereo devices have HDMI, and there still seems to be a slight delay in sound with the HDMI to the sound bar, which is also a Samsung. For some reason, the sound bar won't direct connect to the TV. I have to use the HDMI or Bluetooth connections.

Bought this TV almost a month ago and really like it. The picture quality is very good for the price. The navigation of the smart TV is a bit hard at first but once you spend some time navigating and learning it, it’s is easy to use. I have 2 other Samsung TV’s and both remotes work very good with the new TV. I don’t use the remote that came with the new TV, I use one of the remotes from the older TV’s and it work great. If my older remote would not have worked, I would have returned the TV.

It lasted 17 years and it never game me any trouble. This new one is the opposite. The picture and sound are fine, but the response time sucks. I turned it on a little earlier today, it took about 10 minutes to get a picture. Nothing on Samsung TV, nothing on Roku, finally a picture on HDMI cable TV. Changing services or channels requires a lot of patience. I had this thing delivered because I had no way to pick it up, otherwise, I'd return it. Sorry, I hate giving bad reviews (normally I'd stay quiet), but this thing makes me angry!

This unit provides brilliant colour, brightness and contrast making our viewing, particularly the sports, absolutely spectacular. Audio clarity is quite remarkable and we have it coupled with a Samsung Sound Bar to further assist with my declining hearing. The miniaturised remote is taking a a while to get used to …. a little different than our previous Samsung model. Set Up was very straight forward thanks to the software on screen prompts. We still have a good deal of this TV’s SMART capabilities to explore.

Samsung has installed programming to want you to use their TV reception. Mine refused to acknowledge the xfinity cable box as my desire for connectivity. They fought each other so it was a really painful experience. I would never recommend this TV. I currently own 3 Samsung TVs so I’ve done this before and never had this problem.

My family and friends commented on the different 4K screen quality as compared to my previous tv. The Samsung interface is very user friendly and was easy to setup. I showed my boyfriend a photo slideshow from Field Day at my school and the clarity and picture quality was pristine. I also really like that the captions aren’t overly big like on other tvs. I hooked up my Roku Ultra to it so I have that to use as well and it was seamless integration. My son likes to play his PS5 on it. I received this product at a discount in exchange for an honest review.

The sound is very quiet and voices sound especially muffled. It’s hard to find a good volume adjustment where voices sound balanced amongst background noise. A lot of times, the background noise/ music is so loud and booming that it’s unenjoyable/ unwatchable. The picture is pretty good for the type of led screen it is. It seems very, digitally and ai enhanced, which I don’t like. Newer TV’s have had this setting I’ve noticed where everything is trying to be forced into 60 fps, and it doesn’t always look good. Textures sometimes are overly blended, smooth, and the sharpening is definitely off regardless of what I’m watching and where (meaning, different streaming services/ apps). I’m assuming the picture looks a bit better on the smaller models. I am overall pretty happy with the product (love Samsung tvs, this is imo the better option on the market) and grateful to own it, but for sure will be investing in a different type of led screen for my next tv in the future at the very least.

Remote Control - is utterly awful… it would be in a category below Worst! We are sorry we purchased it! My wife purchased it and I have griped about it daily since! I know Samsung has better tvs but this must be the bottom of the bucket! I may be done with Samsung! The SAMSUNG TV we took down, was “Half-Smart”, (not a smart TV) looked better, and the picture looked better…., and it was at least 12 years, or more, older… Sorry for the bad review but had I known what she was getting this… In her defense, she purchased it from the web site. I wish there were more settings on the picture. I don’t understand some parts of the remote. Can’t believe there’s not an input button on the controller. I’ve spent 10 minutes trying to figure out how to download more apps. So, so far a lot to complain about, but I am an iPhone user so I’m used to user friendly operating systems. Was also told by a Samsung agent that there’s no way to auto connect my soundbar to Bluetooth (since there’s no optical, & my soundbar doesn’t have hdmi), but after going through settings I was able to find it on my own.

We bought this television about 2 weeks ago and we were blown out by the contrast. The colour's really pop and it seems like your watching in 3D. Which your not, but that is an amazing picture. We had a 55" curve Samsung that we enjoyed, but was too big for our viewing area. So we downsized and I have been noticing the mini leds coming on the market. I didn't expect it to be so pin point. The set up was really easy and set it up to my phone through smarthings. I would highly recommend upscaling to the new mini leds.

Image qui saccade et accélèrée. Image trop sombre pour moi, pourtant réglé au minimum de contraste et de luminosité. On ne voit absolument rien dans les scènes sombres. Son trop grave et parfois incompréhension des dialogues, malgré un reglage sur le minimun de grave . Autre point, une vrai galère pour faire les reglages et un menu qui semble très compliqué. J'ai choisi ce televiseur juste parce que c'etait le plus petit format car ma disposition salon ne me permet pas pour l'instant de prendre un plus grand écran. Donc mon avis pour l'instant est très mitigé. Pas entièrement satisfait !.. Cordialement.

I was very excited to be upgrading to a larger and newer TV. I’ve always purchased Samsung TVs and have enjoyed the quality of the picture and audio and extra features such as picture-in-picture (PIP). Needless to say, I was disappointed that the model I purchased did not have PIP, now called multi-view. Apparently not all models come with this option these days. Since it had been more than seven years since I bought a new TV, I didn’t think to look for this feature since it was standard the last time I purchased my TV. As an avid sports fan, this is more than just a little disappointing to say the least.

The apps load and run smoothly and it seems pick up air channels better, although that could just be my imagination. it's all around a better TV than earlier models. the price was very reasonable. it works well with smart it works well with Smart things, I love the gaming hub, and my favorite thing about it is it's a Samsung. I'm comparing the 55" Mini LED and 55"Crystal UHD. Definitely a win for the Mini LED!

I absolutely hate this Tv. My son in law bought this TV for me as I had just gotten out of hospital and was unable to shop. He set it up for me. It worked for a couple of days then had a power outage and could not connect again to the Internet. I tried over and over and reset the modem. I don’t have any problem with other TV in my home. I absolutely detest the remote control that comes with it. It is a piece of garbage. Why does it not have its own volume control?. The Voice that describes whether Samsung plus and what is available for viewing it’s so annoying. I would not recommend this TV to anybody.

I had that TV for about 5 years, and so far I'm really liking this new one. Its a mini version, but let me tell you, there is nothing really mini about it. The color is vibrant and amazing looking. It was easy to set it up, the calibration was a breeze, and adding my Samsung account along with smart thing was also easy to set up. I like that it doesn't just change colors or brightness like adaptive brightness, and the sound is amazing, not quiet during the movie then loud during commercials, It sounds amazing with my sound bar hooked up. I just all around love it so far!

We got the 65" Samsung Vision AI Smart TV to replace our 10 year old 55" Samsung 4K Curved TV. Setting up was extremely easy. We were able to sign-in to our favourite apps and streaming services quickly. The picture and colour are great on this TV! The only downsides include muffled sound and the extreme lag in-between using the remove/the TV responding.

The sound and picture quality are superb. The sound alone is amazing at 9 it sounds perfect, and that was just during set up. Once we started to watch TV it was even better. The sounds and picture are amazing. Even watching old episodes of a tv show from the early 2000s. The colors are vibrant and theater quality. Watching new shows bring out the same quality and the colors are even better. Can’t wait to try out some of the other smart features. Only real issue is where the power plug goes in back of TV, had to take off mount to put in the plug, other than that set up was a snap.

The remote is one of the worst I have ever seen. I kept hitting the mute button trying to figure out the volume control. Does have a pairing option on the setting for other remotes, I had to go onto google to find the codes for the remote to pair up manually. The TV took to long to go thru the menu to set up the additional services in the app. A nicer remote would not cost that much to include. I haave bought 6 TV in the last year and I didn't have this much trouble with LG. You need to fix this problem. The App doesn't even have the Samsung logo.

This tv's interface is not intuitive at all. The ONLY thing I wanted to do was find an app store. There isnt one. So now I have to rely on my memory to figure out what I want,smh. Then theres the remote. Besides the cheapness of it all,it also isnt backlit. So once again I'm forced to rely on remembering which buttons are where,or use my phones flashlight just to see,if I want to watch TV in the dark. I haven't even had a chance to check out the actual features of this set because I'm so frustrated with how dumb this all is. The TV says "Enjoy a smarter way to access your apps". Lies

However, the factory settings out of the box leave a lot to be desired. The default contrast and color profiling required extensive manual adjustment to get skin tones looking natural without sacrificing surrounding colors. Furthermore, the built-in speakers lack depth and sound very thin and tinny. You will definitely need an external soundbar or speaker setup if audio quality matters to you. It's a decent panel for workspace size, but picture defaults and audio hold it back.

I love how Vibrant all the colors look especially when I’m gaming and watching movies it’s makes it seem so much more exciting. I also really appreciate that it comes with many free channels incase I ever cancel my subscriptions to save money it’s very convenient! It’s very sturdy and the responsiveness of the tv is good but it could be better in my opinion but that shouldn’t stop you because it’s barely noticeable. it’s very bright as well so I like being able to adjust it throughout the day! Overall if you’re in the market for a tv you should definitely consider this one it’s very uniform and great! This was my first samsung purchase so i’m excited to look into more products!

I recently upgraded from a Samsung 65" 7000 crystal series to the Samsung 85" M70H Mini LED TV. It definitely provides top-tier display performance, giving me elite picture quality with it's 4K upscaling. If you're upgrading your living room setup and want premium visuals without overspending, the M70H is easily one of the smartest buys on the market for everyday use. Between the nearby OLED picture quality and responsiveness of the operating system, it is truly a huge upgrade. Be ready to experience the uniformity of the Samsung experience but better with the all new M70H.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this MINI LED 65 inch television 3 weeks ago on the 30th of June, from lady who did want it because it was to big for her unit. It was agiven to her husband Peter as a promotion by Optus. It was delivered to her address on the 19/5/2026, her husband has dementia and now is in a home care facility in Brisbane It worked perfectly for 6 days the viewing was really great, I've never had a television this big before, but it hasn't been working since. It was brand new still in the box unopened. When I turned it on, on Monday 6/07/2026 I had sound but no picture. I have filled out a statutory declaration and given all other information I have access to. Samsung Australia. So yes I was enjoying it very much.

Compared to Roku and Samsung ease of setting up viewing and finding apps to load I would recommend Roku over Samsung. After having our Samsung TV a week n half still trying to figure stations and where to go to watch it.The picture is really crisp and clear, it does have reflections in the screen and could use better viewing from side views. Volume is clear. I’ve always worked with computers so I’m not in left field with knowledge to use them but maybe getting some people who are different range in age, jobs types, stay at home and are not techs that are full of knowledge would help with seeing what would benefit the ease of your product.

My husband and I joke about how we can see the pores on the faces of actors. The 2 problems we found was 1. The remote is too tiny. We have dropped it and lost it a few times (happens to any remote really) but it is very skinny. 2. The TV is quiet. We have to turn it up to hear it. Either one is not a huge problem. We bought a universal remote that is "beefier". Overall very happy with it. Gave it a 4 out off 5 for the remote and sound. Great value for the quality!

The remote control is undesirable at best, it is rather difficult to traverse the screens. Moving through the settings is a quest that could be easier. I was setting this TV up to watch with an antennae, this took awhile to figure out. I wanted to add an app that was not preloaded and unable to load it. I did have another remote to make things easier. If I had known this tv was not user friendly I wouldn't have bought it. should I buy another TV I will probably buy a better Brand.

The new style of remote with minimal buttons makes using a remote simple. Having direct buttons to Netflix and YouTube has been a game changer. The colour and contrast of the picture is good and the sound is clear and I don't need to have it turned way up to hear which is a bonus. It was easy to setup and connect to home network, which is a bonus as an older person. Samsung plus Tv is really lacking, and I would like to know how I can get it to go straight to the last channel I watched when I turn on, instead of the home screen. Overall, it has been a positive experience to date and i hope for many years to come.

Really happy with this TV. We wanted a good quality 43-inch TV and the picture on this is excellent. It’s really clear and sharp, and the colours and brightness are noticeably better than our previous TV. The Mini LED screen is impressive, particularly when watching movies and streaming, and the sound is also surprisingly good for a TV this size. Set-up was easy and the smart features are straightforward to use. Everything loads quickly and it’s easy to switch between the different streaming apps and normal TV. It also looks great – very slim and modern and doesn’t dominate the room. Overall, we’re really pleased with it. Excellent picture quality, easy to use and a great TV for the price. Would definitely recommend.

Our experience so far has been really nice. There are many features in the TV that we were surprised by. It is very easy to operate and it is very easy to manage as well as the sound, the lighting of the screen itself a feature that we really like and that you can connect your phone with it and use your phone as a remote control for the TV. We are very excited and very happy to have made this purchase and hopefully as we build and move into making this apartment a home we are definitely going to repurchase from Samsung again for our living room and hopefully planning for the samsung frame TV.

It wasn't as pricey as I was expecting and it works like a speed of light! I needed a TV for a great room (surrounded by windows) and worried about reflections, shadows, etc. IDK if the TV is that smart but I haven't run into any issue with glare, lack of brightness or dullness. The picture is absolutely beautiful! The sound is crystal clear - it was easy to set up and I also purchased the soundbar (another AI suggestion) as with high pitched ceilings the "echo" was ridiculous. WOW. They work together to create a clear crisp sound without any echoing! I plan on purchasing a larger version for upstairs at some point. Utter perfection :)

UPS came to my door the next day and picked it up. I ordered a 2nd one and that was a success. It worked out of the box. I don't like the "feet" that came with it as it didn't fit my TV stand so I got a universal center mount tv stand and everything is perfect. Picture quality is great. I replaced it a much older Samsung TV that I think I've had for about 15 yrs or more. It's still working but was starting to notice some discoloration on the screen from the pixels so decided to buy another new one. Since I've had no problems all these years with that one I knew I wanted another Samsung. I hope this one lasts as long if not longer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV two weeks ago and it is nothing but e-waste in my opinion. They say 4K up scaling of low quality content which is ridiculous. Free to wear content is appalling to watch. Football mode, what a joke. You can’t watch live free to wear football on this TV as all the football players are pixelated around their bodies and it is very difficult to watch. It hurts the eyes. Even streaming services struggle with creating a decent image without pixelation and blurring. Could not recommend this TV to anybody. It’s cheap and it’s cheap for a reason.

Obviously every price margin has its up bur also its downs. The lower RAM/Memory does make for a big of a laggy experience, but de-bloating the TV, such as removing extra software/apps that I do not use, seems to help. I just got this today, and will probably keep it. When more income or possibilities (cough* promotion cough*cough*) come along, I will consider getting an OLED instead. For now, this will do!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Set up was a little tiring but once there, was happy with quick response & features, It had all of the apps I was after, including KAYO, for my sports. Only one HDMI and one USB port may not suit some, but is enough for what I needed. Picture and refresh on sports was great. The remote was compact and needed to read instruction sheet a couple of times to work out volume and channel controls. The raised buttons can be clicked upwards or downwards to activate. Channel selection was also a little more of an effort without the physical numbers on the pad.

Our older unit was a competitor's product, and it was clear that we had made the right choice. Out of the box, it easily wall-mounted to the kit we had (after adjustments) and was easy to hang. Once it was powered on, the setup was easy and straightforward. Signing into apps couldn't have been easier, and connecting to the SmartThings app was a breeze. The colors are saturated even in dark lighting, and the sound from the unit is great without additional soundbars. Additionally, the user interface is easy to use and was easy to adjust to (again, from another brand's formatting). Very happy with this purchase and look forward to enjoying movie nights snuggled up in bed.

As stated above regarding health and age I do not the smart facility so it would have been helpful if this facility could have been turned off as I will never use it. It works well with my Freeview 4K set top box apart from the smart facility getting involved for some reason. As smart facility getting involved with Freeview 4K set top box only 4 stars in features sorry.

I would NOT recommend the QR for set-up is was absolutely a mess, it even changed my Samsung Note phone when it was scanned. I had reset the TV and start over. 2. The Mini LED M70H 4K is the worst because of the operating system/menu. It is not intuitive, not even close. It took two days to find some of the menu's and sub menu's and 10 days later have not found all of them. I would have returned it, but It would be a hassle to un-mount it from the the high adjustable bracket.
