At times the apps take forever to actually use them. When I click the following apps, Netflix, Prime I get a black screen as if the TV is off. I try again about 6x and then it they open. Go through the motions and black screen again. I do turn off the tv several times to try and refresh it and after several and multiple attempts it works or I end up just watching regular TV. The issue is not all the time but most times and it gets annoying. I’ll be contacting warranty and see if this issue can be resolved. *Picture is amazing, easy set up and use my old sound bar and works amazing. I will still buy this product but I probably got a wonky TV.

The only issue I have is that the sound sometimes goes louder by itself. I have adjusted the settings as suggested, but it still does it at times. Otherwise, the color is fantastic. I can now watch the TV without closing all of the blinds due to window glare. I live in Arizona so bright light and glare can be tough. Now, with this TV, I can watch it without closing the window blinds. The black color is really black and needed to be adjusted so it looked realistic. The size is great for what I needed. Other than the sound issue, I am really satisfied with the TV.

Watching movies at night is a totally new experience-the blacks are perfect, and everything just pops with color. It was super easy to set up, and the Smart TV system (Tizen OS) is quick and simple to navigate. I really appreciate the solar-powered remote; I haven't had to think about batteries once! My only small complaint is that my living room gets a lot of sun, and sometimes the screen can look a little dimmer or show reflections if I don't close the blinds. But for gaming and late-night viewing, this TV is top-notch and a great value for an OLED."

Compré este producto hace un año, la compré junto con la barra de sonido Q990 y honestamente estoy muy decepcionado de ambos, la conectividad es pésima, presumen mucho de que son productos con conectividad inalámbrica pero se desconectan a cada rato y es muy molesto estar viendo una película y que a mitad de la nada se va el audio porque la barra se desconectó y cuando quieres pausar para esperar a que se vuelva a conectar, el control remoto tampoco responde… abres la app de Smat things para usar el control remoto digital y tampoco responde. Para ser productos tan caros resultan ser una porquería. No los recomiendo y si pueden busquen otras marcas.

The screen is remarkably clean with no noticeable dirty screen effect, banding, or tinting during normal viewing. Dark scenes appear uniform, and bright scenes maintain consistent brightness across the entire panel. Sports, movies, and gaming all look fantastic thanks to the OLED’s perfect blacks and outstanding contrast. I specifically checked for gray-screen uniformity issues and was pleased to find very minimal imperfections. Overall, the panel quality exceeded my expectations, making this one of the best large-screen TVs I’ve owned. .

Nice TV - very slim, great picture, good sound. No soundbar required. Easy to install. My only negative feedback is the new Samsung main menu on the TV, that now includes "progamme suggestions" menus, which can't be turned off by all accounts. It makes the main menu screen overly busy with items I do not want. TV is 5 star, but rating 4 star because of this added feature. Hoping Samsung remove this annoying feature in a forthcoming software update. My prior TV did not have this. Dear Samsung - I purchased a TV, not a customer marketing experience! Please include an option to remove this on future software update.

Picture quality is mind blowing with a brightness that looks superb in even a well lit room. During setup the tv prompts you to sign into your samsung account and port your settings from the other TVs, this is an incredible time saver and takes the hassle out of setting up a new TV. There are also improvements to the picture and sound settings that leverage AI. If you are on the fence about upgrading , once you have a Samsung OLED you will wish you had done it sooner.

It had such an amazing resolution and had made things way easier allowing me to have an extended screen. I used it mostly for work because but ever so often I would watch something with my partner and soccer. It was a great tv but moving from one place to storage unit to another just made it dead weight, I ended selling it to an RA on campus. I dont have a samsung tv anymore, but man would I love a qled The living room is a hisense, my roomate has a samung that I did not buy. However a qled would be wayyyy better for company over, resolution wouldn't be an issue

Da wir recht viele Sender einspeichern möchten war dies recht zeitaufwendig. Ansonsten funktionieren alle Apps einfach und wie gewohnt. Das Bild ist mit sattem Schwarz, die anderen Farben haben wir etwas heruntergeregelt. Das war etwas zu grell. Das Bild ist scharf und der Ton gut. Ein gutes Gerät und sehr flach. Ob einem der Fernseher den Preis wert ist muss jeder für sich entscheiden. Es gibt gute preiswertere Geräte. Dieses ist hochwertig aber auch recht teuer.

First off, the remote is just the right size - not too big, not too small, and it’s not cluttered with apps that you might not use. And the setup process was super easy and quick. The picture quality is incredible - it’s an OLED panel, so the color contrast is amazing when watching movies. But my favorite feature is the console-free gaming. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I watch a lot of TV. Maybe too much. For most programs - movies, drama shows, and sitcoms I have closed captioning turned on. No closed captioning for sports, panel discussions, or quiz shows. The volume of the audio varies all by itself. Sometimes too loud, sometimes too soft, but varying between these extremes in an annoying fashion. This happens less on sports shows and quiz shows. It has happened that forty minutes into a drama, after consistent volume, suddenly the volume gets much louder for a minute or so before returning to normal. If this is a feature, I have not figured out how to turn it off.

Such as- not always does the volume work we have to hard reset the TV several times a day to get the volume to work. Sometimes the screen will randomly freeze and we have to reset the Tv. Using a TV remote app for it can be a pain it doesnt always reconize the device. I hate how some apps are not able to be utilize such as HBO Max is not available to get. My Vizio Smart 4k Tv is alot better and doesnt give me any problems then I expierance with my Samsung TV which I think is rediculous. The thing I do like is the gaming section in the TV where I am able to stream my games or play my games with out having to be connected to my console.

When I got my TV,I was NOT disappointed. The clarity of the picture was unreal! I use it to stream my Amazon fire stick. Everything I view is in HD. My friends can not believe how good the picture looks! So now Everytime we have a movie night, (which is at least once a week), all my friends come to my place. We are never disappointed and everyone loves the big screen. Thanks Samsung for making such a great product! P.S. a few of my friends have now bought their own Samsung TVs! Although movie night is still at my place! I have the biggest screen! Lol!

I was concerned when purchasing that the brightness would be an issue, I was shocked at how bright it gets, it’s amazing. The blacks are black and colors pop. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this to anyone in the market for an incredible OLED. The HDR on this television is incredible and very accurate it makes the picture pop. Motion Accelerator is amazing and there is no blur or lag whatsoever making this TV amazing for gaming and sports along with any action movie. The AI upscaling does a fantastic job improving picture quality for older non 4k video. I absolutely love this TV.

We haven't had any issues with our Samsung Tv, has fantastic features, fabulous picture, colors, contrast/blacks, ai for super fast and easy set ups (personally im a woman geek for learning all the functions, usage, and purposes of any and all features and functions of our electronics) , gaming options, my music is easily accessible from the tv , to my phone, to my family hub fridge. Everything has always been super easy to set up and or transfer with Samsung, and we love that! The only con I can give this tv as of now, would be the built in speakers, and sound. I definitely feel sound quality should be just as important as the picture quality.

What I wasn't expecting was the AI involved in setting up the product! There was an option to use AI for optimizing the picture of whatever the content you're watching. Guess what?! After almost two months of watching, I am still using that function! The picture is so colorful and sharp! I love the Samsung operating system menu! When you first turn on the sets you get a "different" interface with the Apps and channels! Is there a way to make the viewing interface the same across all the TV's. As it is now it is very confusing on how to find the various shows through the various differing initial screens when you first turn on each TV. Would appreciate any guidance you can offer. I also love that I can use casting from my phone to play videos I've recorded or show pictures to friends and family. The sound quality is crystal clear and the picture quality is out of this world. This TV is absolutley jaw droppingly stunning. Clean crisp pictures with bright bold colors and the darkest darks to really allow things to pop. The picture quality is so beautiful and realistic it appears as if you're being submerged into the picture. The sound quality was also very nice ! I prefer pairing my Samsung TVs with a soundbar, but even without one attached this TV certainly can deliver! I did have to help with wall mounting. Samsung didn't include any hardware so keep this in mind. That aside though this beautiful TV will blow your mind and I couldn't recommend it more.

I have no problems streaming movies from prime or watch the NFL in multi view. I can use my blue ray dvd players without even having to change the inputs because the tv does it for me. The clarity of the picture is phenomenal and I can watch it from all over the room, I don't need to be sitting directly in front of it. I am still learning how to use the remote and the Samsung plus movies that are included. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase.

This TV was exceptional for those 12 years, but we decided to upgrade to a 65" OLED and stick to Samsung as we had not had any problems with the last Samsung TV. We have only had the 65" OLED S85H for 2 weeks and we are very happy with it. The set up was straight forward. The picture quality is excellent, the TV is very responsive from the inputs with the remote. The quality of the picture is the same on all channels and streams. We were surprised with the amount of TV content on Samsung TV Plus...this was an extra bonus for us.

I use it daily for watching cable tv and streaming services as well as for gaming on pc and I wasn't impressed with any of the options. Sure it's got a decent picture quality but the same could have been achieved with my TV for half the price from another leading brand. I swear the display tvs they have in retail stores are always better models than what you wind up taking home. Overall I'm not impressed and think I will be returning this TV and getting someone else, like another Samsung model better.

I can’t say enough about the quality, color and general view of this tv. I didn’t give it 5 stars due to a couple of things which may not even be the issue with the tv itself. I have not been able to get the sleep timer to be set to 60 minutes. I can only get 30 minutes to respond. Yes, it does have 60 minutes time available - at one point it was 60 minutes. But, I cannot get it back to 60 minutes. Often, the sound is not in sync with the picture. I believe this is an issue with the transmission of picture and sound and not the tv. Samsung has always been a great product and this TV is a great choice.

And everyone knows about Samsung color saturation. This is way bright enough for a well lit room but really shines in my basement with blinds drawn. Great interface as well, I use soles Samsung TV's and the new operating system upgrade is outstanding and stable. Plus they ntegrated with the smart things app so I have full controll with my smartphone. Outstanding TV on picture alone, much less all the bonus features. Highly recommended!

Only problem is with the volume. While I believe it has a feature that raises the volume automatically as the ambient noise in the room increases, it also seems to happen when the sound on the program being watched increases. This is quite distracting and requires manually reducing the volume temporarily, only to have to readjust it again a few minutes later. This doesn't happen every time, but I can't figure out a solution

Colors are vibrant, the image is sharp, and watching movies at night has been a great experience. My only complaint is the panel appearance when the TV is off. If you look at it from an angle, you can see what looks like a slight warp or flex in the middle of the screen. It doesn't affect the picture quality at all while watching, but it is noticeable when the TV is turned off. Aside from that, I’m very satisfied with the purchase and would recommend it.

Watching my favorite anime shows on it has been a breeze, and I have been very happy to see high-octane action scenes play out in such a grand picture. The interface itself is also speedy and responsive, i do like the fact that the remote has solar cells too so if i leave near my window it will stay charged or at least allow itself to not die as often otherwise. But super happy with this TV. This is my 2nd Samsung TV I have owned, and I can say they don't disappoint.

I followed their instructions and have the brightness at the highest setting and changed the mode to give me the lightest picture, but it still stinks. They keep telling me this is normal, but what's normal about not being able to see what is happening on your tv? Daytime scenes and sports are great which is why i gave it two stars rather than zero. I will never, ever buy a Samsung tv again. My advice is to buy any other tv. This one is terrible!

After I received no help from Samsung, the warranty team, or the company sent to fix the tv, I had to replace it so I bought this TV, after a couple months the screen failed on it as well.... The slim design make for a nice look but does pose a slight challenge while mounting due to the weight distribution. Tizen OS is simple and easy to use. The 83 inch version is large but maintains the color spectrum well. The remote control is compact and simple to use. Solar charging is a nice feature in case you don’t have a usb-c charger laying around. So far no issues or complaints. This is a very nice tv with features that compliment.

Great TV, picture color sharpness are all stunning. Can be a little bit confusing to use a lot of apps to figure out a lot of settings that don't tell you how to change. Most annoying. Was it automatically would switch to Tubi channel on the Roku device but I didn't have that downloaded so I had to back out of a lot of screens before I could actually use the TV every time I turned it on. Once I turned off the autoplay last channel setting it stopped doing that. Other issue has been every time I turn on the PlayStation it switches into game mode and tries to get me to play games on the TV itself instead of taking me to my PlayStation that I turned on. Nevertheless, quality wise Samsung still makes a top-tier product.

I spent 3 days trying to connect my NAS including contacting Samsung who was totally worthless The prime thing I needed to know was how to install DS Video on the TV Instructions for installing other Apps are non existent As far as setting up the NAS to talk to DS Video Synology was very helpful Funny my 2 other Samsung TVs worked just fine without DS Video (that was the primary reason I bought this TV) But back to the TV - the picture is GREAT Most of the included apps I can do without but thanks for forcing them on me - now I just need to DELETE most of them

The AI adjustment feature makes everything so much easier, even the color adjustments are AI operated which is perfect for movies that have scenes with huge brightness contrast. NQ4 AI Gen2 processor optimizes picture and sound. AI also adjusts the settings for the connected devices and consoles. The 4K picture quality is on another level. I truly enjoy the AI processor on this tv. Nothing matches the quality of this one. I love the slick design, it gives a great vibe to our living room. The sound quality is great, no need for soundbars which makes it perfect for movie nights with family and friends. We are really happy with this purchase and definitely recommend it to everyone.

Samsung's TV lineup includes VEVO and Pluto movies, and there's a link for music where you can get an entire artist's album included. The internet shows videos like regular TV. My infant loves the kids' channel—it has everything kids could want. You can also use apps to watch other streaming services. The remote is super simple, with quick buttons for Netflix, Prime Video, Disney, and Samsung TV. The picture quality is excellent, and setup was a breeze. I just scanned a QR code and was logged in within minutes. The sound is okay, but I’d recommend getting a soundbar because the loudest setting isn’t very loud. This TV has a ton of features.

My previous one was just a 32" Full HD which is super responsive(still working well right now!) for the past 12 years. My other TV was a 55" Google TV which obviously has a better OS compared to Tizen. S85D OLED 4K TV (2024) has perfect OLED panel, correct brightness, magnificent colors and average Audio. The problem is the Tizen OS. It's so sluggish, sometimes it's not responding when we just turn on the TV. I mainly use this TV for Streamings and Blu-ray watching. Not for gaming. This might be my first and last Tizen TV

Therefore I wanted to get him the best of the best time replace the 20 year old 39 inch Samsung TV he was using. I knew it would be good but it blew me away. It was difficult to give it away after seeing how much of a difference led makes ! Saving up to get myself one someday. In the meantime my father and I are rewatching all the old movies we love. It's like watching a new movie, a totally different experience with the mind blowing visuals and audio from this tv.

The only issue I have is with the design of the remote control. It is overly sensitive to the even slightest touch, which can cause you to go to places that you never meant to. If there were an alternate model available, I would gladly look at one, because my frustration with the remote is real and I have to deal with it every day. So TV, its options, the picture, etc. get 5 stars, but the substandard remote control brings my review down to 4 stars. C’mon Samsung, you can address the problems with the remote control and make one that is more user friendly and intuitive. Do that and you will get that fifth star from me!

We also paired this with our Samsung Music Studio 7 Speaker. You can also utilize the Q-symphony feature to get a more immersive sound between the TV and speaker. I love how vibrant and crisp the picture is. The colors are bright and more photorealistic. I can also see the TV much better because of the brightness and the anti-glare features of this TV. Watching TV when it's bright out or when we have the overhead lights on at night is no longer a problem. The TV is also equipped with many apps, so there's no need to add on a streaming device. I find the software to be more user-friendly and smoother than older iterations.

Ask for the quality of the product, initial TV I got had a street of neon dots that were clearly a defect Spoke to Samsung and they performed several resets but quickly realized that it was a hardware issue. Samsung replaced the unit with another new unit quickly and had it delivered the same week. New unit is perfect and we are very happy with it. Especially love how brightness changes as sunlight in the room changes.

With all the love I have for my Samsung, I must say, I am a bit disappointed. I recently cut the cord because I have 3 Samsung tv's with Smart Hub. Well, to my surprise, I am unable to connect to my wifi on one of my tv's (older version of smart hub). Of course it is in the one in my sewing room ( where I spend all my time). I love being able to use Samsung Plus tv on 2 of the them. Sew, how I would love to go buy a new TV, I am going to have to purchase Roku to use on that TV until I can buy a new small tv for my sewing room. Just turned in my old Samsung Phone for a new A26! Thanks for a great product. You have me for life!

We did have to turn up the brightness but that could just be personal preference. I am not a gamer but my husband hooked up his PS4 and even with the old system, the colors were bright and vibrant. As far as the sound goes, it’s fine. Not bad, not great. Typical built in speakers. Setup was really quick and easy. The remote is small with less buttons than we are used to but I’m not sure that’s a bad thing. We originally had the tv turning on when it detected motion. Sounded cool. Ours is in too high of a traffic area for this feature. I did smoke this morning when I walked into the room and saw good morning on the pretty screen.

The inky blacks and deep colors make a very good viewing experience. The setup was a breeze, you can use Samsung smart things app to finish the entire thing. As soon as the setup finished, the TV quickly updated to the latest firmware. When watching HDR content, the display truly shines. The Vision AI companion button is helpful in getting some insights on the content playing on the screen or anything in general. The speakers on the TV are surprisingly good with dolby atmos. Tizen tv OS is very easy to navigate and looks elegant. If you have more Samsung devices, its easy to share content between the devices and the TV. This is such a fun and nice product to have at home.

Ich fange mal mit dem Panel an, ist einfach top, wie man es von einem Samsung OLED kennt. Verarbeitung: Rahmen aus Alu, Rückseite aus Plastik, Füße auch aus Plastik, aber stabil. Die Füße kann man in der Mitte oder außen befestigen. Die Lautsprecher sind nicht so der Hit, deswegen nur 4 Sterne. Ich hab mir nach 5 Tagen ne Soundbar geholt. Tizen läuft flüssig, nicht so wie bei den "günstigen Samsung LCDs". Es gibt viele Apps und Funktionen, das Bild kann man gut einstellen. Insgesamt ein Top-Fernseher. Kaufempfehlung von mir!

It's the first OLED, it's the first Samsung, and it's the first brand new TV I've ever bought. The smart features are awesome and make all previous televisions I've owned look not so smart. My last 2 TV's (Sony & LG) were the slightly used or open box kind but the price for this Samsung TV, brand new in box, was less than some of the other open box items. I do wish the AI director's mode was a little smoother/crisper. I do like the interface, but if I'm being honest, I wish I had gone up a model or two I think the OLED quality is substantial but the deal was so good that I went for it!

Bought the S85D to replace our Sony Bravia with dead pixels shortly after warranty went off. The S85D has a great picture with great contrast, dark blacks and true colors. Viewing is great from all angles. The rechargeable remote leaves something to be desired. It is very small and difficult to use if you have large fingers. There is an optional remote control app that works well as an alternative. We bought this TV on Cyber Monday and got it for a great price. So far very happy with our purchase.

I was sold on a Qled but with run out stock supply issues I spent a little more and went for the OLED. This was a great change as for a Theatre room the darker blacks are a hit when watching movies. The processor is fast when switching between apps which is a bonus. You won't regret buying an OLED if you are a movie lover.

The picture quality is outstanding, with deep blacks and incredible contrast that really make movies and shows look cinematic. It also supports my Blue-ray player and a ROKU device I plugged into the set to see if the set would support it, and it immediately recognized it and added it as another input option. Sound is outstanding as I added a Q-990C 11.1.4 ch Wirelss Dolby Atmos Q-990C soundbar to provide wirless surround sound. Configuration flexibilty is nearly limitless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decided to go with OLED technology over others however it wasn't the technology which won me over but the vast options and features Samsung has to offer that made the difference. Navigating and customization of set up was extremely easy in regard to what streaming platforms you view. Another little Easter Egg was control via TV of major appliances and lighting in apartment. Samsung has not only set the bar it has climbed over it and is the premier manufacturer in the LCD universe!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the S85D OLED 4K TV (2024) — it’s a beautiful display with stunning picture quality. The colors are vibrant, the blacks are deep, and overall it delivers an amazing viewing experience. I gave it four stars because there’s one issue that bothers me: when I cast YouTube using Chromecast, the TV automatically switches into split screen mode, which I find unnecessary and annoying. I wish there were a setting to disable that feature. Other than that, it’s a fantastic TV.

It may be an entry level OLED TV, but it's the best value in my opinion. The smart features and performance are excellent, got it set up and running very quickly. Colours and contrast are outstanding as you'd expect from OLED. Found the price point of this television to be excellent value too. Highly recommend this to anyone thinking of jumping into an OLED TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the color contrast on this TV. The picture is smooth and doesn't have the streaks that my other TV's have from far moving playing. Overall the TV looks sleek in the room and the picture resolution is as clear as the real life view in my living room. I love that even with the blinds open and sunlight coming through the windows i can still see the screen because of how bright it is. The refresh rate is very good and the same as my other TV, but this TV performs better.

I chose this model because of the picture, and that did not disappoint. The remote is awful. You can't press the number of the channel you want to show. You have to scroll to choose a channel or fiddle with a clunky on-screen interface. The remote is small and doesn't fit my hand. The number of channels is fewer than my friend's new TCL. I had to buy a special cable to connect my Amazon Firestick. The digital video out does not work with the device I connected the set to.

I watch a lot of sports and movies and this TV excels in color, viewing angles and with menus that are easy to figure out. I hooked the TV to a soundbar and I'm very happy with the purchase. The TV has bluetooth so headphones can easy be connected for anyone who is hard of hearing or for people who don't want to disturb anyone close by. I consider the tv a great deal for anyone looking for a new TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty disappointed with the TV. The volume isn’t that loud even if I turn it on max volume. The interface is also incredibly slow - If I click to open an app, it takes way longer than necessary to open. It often lags or freezes, so I have to shut the TV off and back on (it is not my internet, as my last TV was plugged into the same internet and ran much smoother despite being over ten years old). Would not recommend, and will not buy another Samsung in the future.

Overall the picture and sound quality are very good, brightness is good makes the colors really vibrant, 4K resolution really makes a difference, contrast is clear. There are a few problems. One is the menu is a bit finicky to play with, there are a lot of icons and not many options to customise. In addition, the minimalistic remote is not good. To access all the features of live TVs requires multiple buttons that really should be only one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the video quality. Crisp and clear. Settings are easy to use. I only have 2 issues. The menu can be a little slow to come up. The menu also comes up at inconvenient times and doesn't automatically remove itself over time. Which has me frantically looking my remote. The audio could be better. It seems soft at times. Low or whispered conversations are hard to hear. Even my kids say this. Which causes me turn my TV up and down more often than I'd like.
